NationStates 2 is currently restricted to players with Beta Keys. If you've already registered with the site or reserved your name in NationStates1, you're on our Beta Key list. In the meantime, have a browse of some of the existing nations and their alliances. Have a read of the latest FAQ. Or read our blog.
